Today is a truly great day

We should remember that on this day in 1919 Bob Paisley was born and went to to sign for Liverpool from Bishop Auckland in 1939, he then stayed with us for over 40yrs. Assisted Shanks, won 3 European Cups and Six League Titles after taking over as Boss in 1974.

 

RIP Mr Paisley and thank you for helping make Liverpool FC the most successful English team ever.
