f***ing idiots!!!!

Tried telling me that because they took £446 off my card and they refunded £250 that I reserved the car for two days!!!

Even when I told them Ive got the booking form in front of me and it says ONE day they still wont have it.

They have got ********* chimp looking into it (whats too look into?) but I dont hold out much hope.

A quick call to the credit card company should sort it out but so should a quick call to Enterprise.

Idiots with bad attitude = Lost customer for life!
