Thank you... for Instanbul

 

Thank you... for restoring Liverpool Football Club to a team feared throughout Europe

 

Thank you... for what the tabloids called "Rafa's Rant' - its repercussions are still being felt

 

Thank you... for Xabi Alonso - from Sociedad to greatness, for a bargain £10m - not bad for someone so inept in the transfer market

 

Thank you... for Fernando Torres - when other managers weren't sure if he'd cope with the Prem you proved them wrong... 'again' for a bargain price!

 

Thank you... for your love of the club. This should never be forgotten - you had so many easier options in the last couple of years (Real Madris etc) but you bit the bullet and fought the fight against those that opposed you and inexplicably, those within the club that should have been supporting you!

 

Thanks for the good times - for there were many!
