Black Snake Moan

Thought I'd like it more than I did as it sounded just my kind of thing. It's a good watch but I don't think it's got the depth it'd like to have. Want to see his next film, 'Maggie Lynn', though cos it's about a country singer, which is def my thing. It'll be the third in a series, with Black Snake Moan and Hustle and Flow. Three films with musical films.

 

One of the best things in the film is the version of 'Stackolee'. There's swearing in it so careful if at work.

 

God knows what's happened to Christina Ricci. When did she get so skinny? She looks good but I preferred her with a little meat on her bones.
