Go to London's Oxford Street and experience 'Santa's Ghetto', it looks like a Hoxton art installation from about 10 years ago.

 

It is truly horrendous and made even more so by the fact that you just know that the people that did it think they're being really subversive.

 

EDIT: hahaha! Just read up on it and it seems it's by Banksy.
