Help --Advice Needed

Sorry for asking this here but I have searched the web and explored the normal channels, and have drawn a blank so I was wondering if any of you has had a similar situation.

 

I went Bankrupt 2 Years ago - losing everything which is fair as I owed money and my assets were used to offset the debt.

 

but this morning I have had a credit agency send me a demand for 10k for outstanding fees against the sale of my home.

 

now I assumed that all my debts were taken care of during my Bankruptcy? has anyone had a similar experience .. were the liable for fees from the sale of their home?
