Ginu Posted June 23, 2006 Posted June 23, 2006 ordered a kit on May 18th, the status to this day is still Picking... its still in the warehouse! I can't believe that a company that's associated with ESPN is this poor. I mean 3-5 business day is standard, but 36 days?! I've been calling them from Canada for the last 2 weeks, sending them emails, leaving messages and nobody can tell me why it's taken this long. Finally, they said it may be shipped from there on Monday. Anybody dealt with someone specific at Customer Service there before who was helpful? This is rediculous
