  1. A fake Taiwanese Rolex?
  2. There's sh*tloads out there SR - Boston Red sox - a decade of fine and improving management and sensible investment - pick a good manager and let him get on with it etc and they will (according to MB) either build the new stadium or review rebuilding the current one. Thanks to world of google they are very checkable as individuals and collectively - the score very well.
  3. because unless he gets on a plane before 4pm tomorrow he could be arrested for being in contempt?
  4. Now now. You were convinced we were going to get spanked yesterday, remember?
  5. The wrong ones, I'm thinking...
  6. C'mon now Tosh - enough with the Jim Morrison impressions!
  7. There you go. Wouldn't that make for a decent night's sleep on tha back of half a bottle of something suitable?
  8. Dunno about fingers up there but i did a fart a few minutes ago that was so painful I swear the bubble must ahve been square.
  9. Blame Barnesy - I am.
  10. No, becuase Floyd issued a counter injuction claiming jurusdiction in there here islands 'an all, y'awl.
  11. Fair point G - maybe Justice Floyd has a wry smile as he hangs his wig up.
  12. After 4pm Tosh the sale goes through - can't be a lot more to go!
  13. Yep - they could complete now, but RBS and NESV won't want to risk jumping the gun and causing problems of their own. If we're in court now though, it could be over a lot sooner than 4pm.
  14. You're missing the point - his injuntion has been overruled by the origininal (High Court) Justice and in itself injuncted and prevented from bringing any more claims in the case in other courts - it can't stop the sale - did you read Floyd's summary? It's just that NESV and RBS would rtaher it were removed before proceedings - he doesn't have to lift it anyway - it can be thrown out.
  15. Takes time for the fat monstrosity to die.
  16. "favoured" - UK company law according to m'learned friends and stipulated so in this case as spelled out by broughton. The asset sale is )if I understood them right) only higher than the asset value because RBS would waive penalties (owed by G&H) to pay down LCC and provide for further service to the asset. With penalties, G&H owe between £277 - £300m
  17. As with the rangers, there'll come a point when the cost outweighs the lack of gain. He has at least another £500k to find just for being found for yesterdays costs - not to mention todays.
  18. Sweet. No doubt in a Texas stylee he thinks he has to go down all guns blazing...so what - point is, he's going down. Aha! but you need to tell wifey that at the time the NESV bid was favoured and accepted, G&H were already in default and therefore the first duty of the board was to the creditors and not the shareholders - simples!
  19. While he's been 'off air' forum wise I've kept in touch with Dipesh (big sox man) over the years and if whathe's enthused about in this time is true - I'm sure they do think we're worth it.
  20. ...except having lost two high court cases in the matter of ownership and sale, they would most likely lose a damages suit.
  21. I think you might be right
  22. It could and should be all over very soon as our own legal team is there, no doubt fully laden with both yesterdays and todays outcomes from the high court.
  23. He did - someone quoted MB further back in the thread on that one.
  24. I'll see your Meh and raise you a ffs
  25. That's pretty much it if they try to do it via a refinance deal, which the board can block.
