  1. Ha Ha, I f***ing hope so. Was a boss laugh, I was on the second one, ten of us left after we dumped others onto 2 others coaches, thanks to a Happy Als and the Irregulars. The rest of us were picked up at 11pm. It would be crap if it weren't eventful
  2. There are 2 seperate groups, as weareboth completely different. SOS is about representing fans issues, dealing with everything from what goes on around the ground, inside the ground, ticketing, travel and the ownership of the football club. ShareLiverpool is about fans owning the football club and nothing else. For what it's worth, we have had discussions with ShareLiverpool about the idea of Supporter Ownership. This is documented on the site, in the FAQ's.
  3. I have posted this on RAOTL, RAWK, Irish Kop, On The Kop, YNWA, and Anfield Road. I don't have log ins for any other sites, so if you do, can you please post it on there on my behalf (just one of you not all, I don't want to flood the internet), and post a link in this thread so I can get feedback from them sites. Thanks
  4. Doing City Talk in the morning, not often that you get the heads up, usually they ring and get you out of bed, giving you 5 minutes before your on. They want to talk about the new stadium, about the possibility of naming rights on it. They want the fans view, and no doubt a Union slant. Its all off the back of them speaking to Dalglish, who said he would rather see the money given to Rafa for players. Then that Tom Cannon (the bitter blue financial "expert") is gonna have a say, he reckons the club will have already looked at getting a sponsor for the ground. Then me. Fans view. My view is mixed. Personally I agree with Kenny. I would prefer to see us winning leagues again at Anfield before moving elsewhere. Be continually successful. Should the stadium go ahead (I will talk about the money not being there) I think the issue of naming rights will come up. Should it be called Anfield? I don't know. Some people will always call it that regardless, some will want to keep tradition, others will never see it as the same place so want a new name. Others don't care. If they want a sponsors name on it, or any name for that matter, they should ask fans for their view. Be careful in our choice, be sure that if we go down this route we get the best price. After all, we tie in to a deal, then 5 years down the line we start winning leagues and European Cups year after year, we will have lost out. But essentially, consult with fans, season ticket holders, fan card holders, PTS. All those who go the stadium. A chance to have their tuppence worth, and then its fair. As for the stadium happening, with costs going up, and no steel yet bought, then we might be talking about naming a hole in the ground rather than a stadium. So what are other peoples views on naming rights? Just so I can get an idea, give across a balanced view. Never let it be said we are undemocratic.
  5. Scouse Vetting? Never seen it, maybe cos I am scouse, but what do you mean? And I never heardany stand up for a dying Kop, but correct me if I am wrong, it is dying? So maybe anyone singing it if they were, had good intentions but maybe directed it in the wrong manner? This isn't to you personally sutty, just talking about the points you have made there to everyone. See that is the problem. People take supporters of SOS, and their words, and see them as an issue with the Union. Not everyone will agree on all points, but surely everyone would want to get behind something that is their to assist them. Ok you might not be sure about us wanting Hicks or Gillett out, that is your opinion and even if it is one I struggle to comprehend, you are entitled to it. But we have other aims, cheaper travel, improve the way we are treated, do things for fans. All these you will be part of if part of the Union
  6. Give us a chance and we will. Once the website is there, you can find all the info you need on there. Can I ask, have you joined SOS?
  7. We will only be perceived as elitist if people want to perceive us that way. Others do not have the perception that we are elitist. So it is all down to interpretation. We will do whatever we can to answer any questions and but ultimately, we cannot control how everyone perceives us.
  8. RTK have had a working relationship with Liverpool Football Club to attempt to improve the atmosphere at games. It is a relationship that should not be affected because they are working alongside the Union. If it does become affected it says alot about our football club. fyds, You have said it is indeed a perception of RTK. As indeed many people have perceptions of the Union. I, personally, think RTK have done alot.Others don't. I don't see any problem with RTK working with SOS
