Youth Cup finals

Been looking at previous youth cup finals since last time we won it, back in 96. In that final four of the players involved are likely to be going to Germany this summer, thought that was pretty impressive. Anyway, it's difficult to find any decent information about past finals (been looking at thefa.com). Does anyone know of any past (see list below) youth cup finalist to make it in the premier league?
