i got one of these iriver videomusic player things. music downloads i've managed - video downloads is a mystery.

 

trying to download all the instanbul video's on to my iriver but they wont work...file incompatable etc or i get frozen pics.

 

someone give me a complete idiots guide from clicking the links which work on my pc to gettting them onto my pmp.
