I try to drink as much water as possible but 6 liters? Bloody hell that's alot! I can only imagine drinking that amount if I was in an extremly hot country. Can't see that it's bad for you at all but you must spend half your time on the loo.

i've just realized i drink at least 4 - 6 liters of water a day... could there be any bad side effects?

It's not something I thought you could do,actually but have a look at this link

but I think you'll find you've nothing to worry about unless you get into double figures!

How you fit all that water in is a mystery...

Aye, that was the cause of death, and not 'partly'.

And there was also a story of a girl from Liverpool in the echo this week who appeared to have done the same., drinking (at least) 10 bottles of water on a night out along with an unknown number of alchopops, after taking 1 and a half pills from which she had a severe toxic reaction (or something like that). :(

I thought it was the cause, but I said "partly" 'cause I couldn't remember if there was any toxicity from the "E" which led to death as in the other Liverpool case mentioned above.

I can't remember the exact detais of the Betts story, but reports on the Liverpool girl were linking her death from a toxic reaction to Leah's

Didn't Leah Betts, the girl who died after taking an "E" at home, die partly because she drank so much water the fluid entered her brain?.

Ecstasy is a diuretic so she retained water and the fluid build up caused excess pressure on the brain.
