Had a discussion with the missus last night and she was talking about how many top-rated Cantonese music stars have died young (suicide, illness, accident etc...).

 

I commented that this is true on the worldwide music scene as well, and then started a list in my head... I'll leave you to do the same, but you should be able to put down double-figures in no time.

 

The irony is that I bought three music dvds yesterday: one was a Zepp, one was a Hendrix and the other a Jim Croce (her favourite)... Well, with John, Jimi and Jim, you've got three for starters.

 

The other point that came up was that this rate of attrition does not seem to occur with film or sports stars.
