Not usually. You'd have to contact Ebay.

 

I heard a story from someone who was selling some kind of kit-car on Ebay and put a reserve on of £1,000. Someone contacted him and offered 4 grand which he accepted ( obviously ). Bids took the auction over the reserve and Ebay wouldn't remove the item.

 

End of auction ? £19,000.

 

 

It's not in their interest to allow the removal of the auction as they lose commission.
