You are what you eat.

If you haven?t seen the show before it?s about people who have bad diets and an expert dietician helps them lose weight. This lad was on he was 29 and about 27 stone I think

At the start of the show they lay out all of the foods they eat in a week, the lad didn?t eat one thing that was healthy.

Anyways part of the show at the start is she makes the person on it take a dump and she looks at it. It was fecking massive, she was poking it with a pen or something. She was saying to him this is the biggest pooh I have every seen and the worst its horrible like diarrhoea has unchewed food in it and stinks worse than one I have every seen. How does that make you feel?

He answered ?a bit proud to be honest?

Anyways he lost 4 stone in 8 weeks and looked a lot healthier for it.

It?s me or the dog.

On straight after it any one see that dog push that bloke into an electric fence? funny as feck.

i was walking home from work late t'other night and passed this woman who had her dog (some kind of terrier - staffy, or the like) moseying behind her. i was conscious not to make eye contact with the woman, lest she felt intimidated in that dark, quiet area, but i looked down at the mutt because i love dogs.

about twenty yards further on, i felt something at the back of my knee. it was the dog who, for some reason, felt the urge to give me a bit of a prod. i didn't realise what it was at first, but on turning round saw him giving me a defiant look before hurrying off again after his owner called him. cheeky feckin' scamp. i could've booted him to the other side of the street if i'd felt that way inclined, but chose to smile at his impudence.

I watched five minutes of that a****** couple with their f***ing precious dogs. Jesus christ. Made me puke the amount they spent on, and the attention they gave the yapping mutts.

f***nig disgraceful. I think people like that have severe psychological problems, never mind the dogs.
