Footballers' diets, day to day routine, etc

I was wondering what a day in the life of a (Liverpool) footballer entails; what time they'd get up, training sessions (2?, and for how long?), what they'd eat for each meal, snacks, etc? Would they sleep during the day? Typical bed time?

 

Any insights would be much appreciated

dunno about Liverpool.....but my mate at City trains twice a day......9.00 - 11.00 they then do one on one sessions with coaches or go and get rub downs etc.....they have lunch and do light sessions...mainly set peices and stuff in the afternoon...finish at 15.00 - ish

 

At city they are on an individual diet that is done for them on a monthly basis.......Wierdly Ste has to eat Ice cream on a daily basis at the moment....dunno why

They're all lean and "light" for their height.

Gerrard could probably clock up about 10 miles.

 

Beckham runs about 16m...of which 15 is utterly fecking pointless.

Thought they regularly clocked beckham at 14k per match - about 9 miles.

 

Of course, his England midfield colleague does most of the running in his head and does not need to run round like a demented chicken. Young Frank is smarter than that...

Does he ask for a flake to be put in it and does he have chocolate syrup and hundreds & thousands sprinkled on top!
