Pool song being sang by United

I was wondering if anybody here can help me out with something. Last year I noticed a new song being sang by Liverpool fans and it seemed it was mostly in away games, particularly in Europe. This year they seem to be singing it all the time, home and away, and in recent weeks I have heard United fans singing to the same tune. It's not a football chant but a song and I don't know the words so it will be tough for me to confirm or deny whether anything somebody suggests will be the song I'm thinking of. Any help?
