How old are they?

ah...they've just visited and were as nice as pie  and are going to source the noise...and keep it down from now. I invited him in to hear the racket and it was at a low level, typically, and then it stopped, how f*ckin annoying..i was so hoping for the regular noise from their place...

....and now send the heavies in - just what they won't be expecting :dynamite:

Funny you should mention this. Tony Blair announced the solution today. If you tell him then he will evict the miscreants for 3 months!

Quite where the people go for three months in unclear!

my advice would be to confront them in the cold light of day - no point arguing with someone at 5am when they and you are both jarred.

Reason with them when they are 'normal' explain the annoyance you feel and ask them to stop.

Failing that call the cops and tell them someone is being battered in the flat about you... repeat a few times and the problem will go away!

No racism intended in making this point.. in the last place I lived 4 guys from Poland were renting in the flat below me, the music was non stop until 4/5am.. Eventually I confronted them in a somewhat agitated state after a night out at about 3am, cant remember what I said but I was really fked off, seemed to do the trick for a while

Thing is its not so much the music but the bass that does it. Tell them to turn down the base and see if that helps solve the problem!

Best of luck!

I used to live next to noisy neighbours and the stress became unbearable. It really got to be a bad thing, so much so that I was dreading going home after work. In the end luckily I still knew the home owner who was renting out the house, so I made a pact with her to get rid of the tennants - it turned out they were hiding people in the loft and everything.

The next ones in weren't much better either, even after complaining to the letting agency (Parkers - and whilst I mention it - they are a useless shower of b******s)

Ended up moving
