Better not be god damn true, if it is we're missing out on a top, top player that will become a world class defender IMO

Maybe spurs are warming him up for us, well till june anyway ;) -- would be interesting to see him and King together.

 

 

(of course I can dream, that this means King is moving to Liverpool )

Really good defender. Can't see why he'd want to go to Spurs. He's still young but has got the class and the experience to form a solid CB pairing with Carra next season. Wouldn't be disapointed if we signed him this summer.

Totally agree with that. Another plus is that hes cheap, a figure of 3million has been mentioned.

He has looked shaky and lacking in confidence every time I saw him play. Reminds me of an error-prone Traore in his early Liverpool days.

Had heard we'd made a couple of offers which had been turned down, was hoping the Edu saga would come to a close and then we could push on, also thought that with Diao going out on loan, it might mean there's light at the end of the tunnel, as we're midfield short and striker light, he would have fitted the bill a peach :wacko:

Yep, R5 where going with the story and mentioned it to H Redknapp in the post match interview. He said "Nope, he's not coming to us" The interview almost started arguing with HR as the Notts Forest chairman had confirmed it earlier, but then realised if HR said he wasn't coming, he wasn't. HR pretty much confirmed he was going to spurz
