He needs a Shankly moment, after Watford, where breaking up this team is the right time. He's clinging onto what worked for him in the past, the tried and tested 4-4-3 but we just don't have the personnel for it anymore and the opposition have got wiser to countering it.

That formation might help. It used to seem like we had an any player at times when we were brilliant.

Shame it's came to this for an amazing team.

I don't think our more recent signings will ever be as good as the likes of Mane, Salah, Robertson signings.

Salah looks a yard short of pace. Doesn’t seem to run and beat a player.

im aware we are down a few lads and obviously need legs in midfield, but we have lost heart. Klopp has a job to get the heads right. They didn’t seem to care and that isn’t on. Some just gave up. 
 

there was a time if we had gone 3-1 down the other team would’ve crapped their pants and we would’ve laid siege to their goal and got at least a draw. Not sure keeper made a save after ox goal. 
 

that’s not a bad performance. That’s bad mentality.

Things I'd like to know. Why do we get so many injuries? Why do world class players, E.g. Van Dijk, Fabinho now look average. Thiago Silva is about 40 years older than Van Dijk and playing at a higher level currently.

Carra has now mentioned Lijnders as a potential reason for our problems. Where is this all coming from? Is there any actual evidence that he's got more influence than before?

Gakpo seems to be his choice.

I do think this stuff does be Eastenders rumours b****x though. It’s just looking for a reason. The new tactics are s***e though and if he’s at fault then start again.

Interesting. At the beginning of the season when we were doing all that weird stuff with Trent cutting in and killing Mo’s game I was wondering where it was coming from. 
Felt really over engineered an unintuitive.

Starting to think this is gonna take a complete overhaul of the team to turn it around. As Hass said above it's the lads with all the experience and medals that have let us down over and over again this season. Maybe playing for Klopp for so long really is as mentally exhausting as he said it was.

Watched some of the All Or Nothing series on Prime about Arsenal and it's really hard to believe how Arteta is now seemingly leading them to a title.

Don't think FSG have ever really cared about that, just gaining top 4 for the cl pot of cash. 

I can't see an overhaul with them in charge, unless they sell salah, which they'd try and get a few players on structured deals and hope it works out like selling coutinho. 

I'm opting for plan A, fsg gone, someone else in to fund whats required with ambition to make us title contenders.
