Well, his technique in recieving passes was 'taken, cruyff turned'.

All bound for Midtylland

Agree totally with this except for the period between the team being announced and us taking the lead.

Yup - gotta hope Matip and Thiago are back fro the weekend. Williams looked pretty good but he wasn't tested positionally like a PL team will do

Thought the kid did well. Nice and simple apart from one run up the pitch where Shaq bailed him out.

Be nice if Matip is back. Would get us somewhere near our strongest.
Bobby probably on his last chance too.

Yeah don’t like that formation at all.

Just very open.

Mo hobbling off down the tunnel there. Hopefully just a superficial niggle after getting his Achilles stumped on for the pen.

I thought I saw him say something to Klopp as well at the end there.

I thought they were good. Seemed like they’d watched the video of Leeds at anfield

And Sheff Utd.

Our midfield has been flat and easy to bypass, either by an opposition centre half or midfielder in the anchor role, targeting big lads in the channels as our fullbacks are pushed up.

Doesn’t help when Gomez challenging headers unnecessarily in midfield

I think part of it is Bobby's poor form and losing possession around the opposition box more, making it easier for them to counter.
