It looks amazing but it's the most expensive stadium ever built, you'd hope it'd look good for £1bn. It's going to set them back years though, their repayments are going to be over £70m a year if it's spread over 20 years. They'll do very well to make £70m extra a year compared to the old White Hart Lane.
