Shearer's numbers shouldn't count considering he played in the first division before it was renamed the premiership

Then we should also include Salah's numbers from Chelsea.

Not for Blackburn though. He signed for them from Southampton the summer of the first season of the Premier League.

One goal off being top of the topscorer list in the league.

He's going to top that for a third year running, isn't he?

Really? I haven’t followed much footy recently. Have Aguero, Aubameyang and Vardy just stopped?

He was one goal off top before vardy banged in another two in the meantime. But he's been making steady ground on them lately.

Only Shearer & Henry have managed three in a row (this may be one of those horrible "Premier League" stats)

Vardy's first goal the other night was his first in 10 games or something.

Thought Mo was brilliant tonight, gave everything.

Yeah he was pretty unplayable/unstoppable , deserved a goal to cap his performance.

I thought Mo played well tonight, but some of his passing and choices were poor. Which has pretty much been the story this season. Exceptional player but he has been frustrating in a lot of games this season. Something that didn’t strike me in his first two seasons.

Has he ever scored at Goodison? Can't recall him doing so. Monday would be a good time to start.

Gini, Ox, mo, hendo, all feckin brilliant.

Don't mind loosing when we play well. Thought we were majestic, so I'm probably not as gutted as some.
