It’s a don’t panic buy

£40m for Willy and £55m for Nilly.

Immobile rumoured to replace Suarez at Barca. Not sure if this rumour has legs. Lazio say Immobile is not going anywhere.

If you believe the papers Mbappe can move at Usain Bolt speeds (has hit the same top speed).

Personally think that’s bulls***.

As he’d have to be on the same ‘roids as Bolt too.

I read the article as he hit Usain Bolt's average speed over 100m - Bolt is a notoriously slow starter and motors on after around 30.

Stated their top speeds as 27.70mph and 27.72mph

Sounds like b******s to me.

Aye total b******s. The idea that Placcy is running on grass, in boots at the same top recorded speed of Bolt on a track, in spikes is nonsense.

It was Mbappe but even if he was belting down the wing with a f***ing gale behind him he wouldn’t hit that top mark. Not on grass. Not on a track either. He’s swift but not that bloody quick.

Carlin Iles playing 7s gives an idea of what it’s like when sprinters play against top sportsmen.

Neymar or Mbappe incoming at Real you'd think.

Hazard too perhaps, although it's replacing Ronaldo's goals they need to sort first.

Think the two are untouchable unless FFP forces PSG’s hands

Hazard looks ideal for them, especially as his profile is peaking again. Guess it would be him and a striker for Real.

Confirmed by Madrid.

Surprised at this. Thought it was the usual contract negotiation nonsense.

Makes no sense to me.

Juve have won the league for the last 7 years so they don’t need him for that.

Maybe spending £105m + a couple of hundred grand a week, hoping to win a CL.

This is just FPP to get Neymar to Real isn't it?

PSG are about to be f***ed 'cos of the Mbappe loan from last year becoming a full transfer this year - unless they sell someone.

Real need to sell to afford Neymar from PSG which they've now at least part-funded

Juve buying Ronaldo gets them both out of a hole

this is being funded some other way for sure.

From the Deloitte list:

10. Juventus — €405.7 million (£348.6 million or $496.9 million). Juventus made its second Champions League final appearance in three years last season. It also won Serie A, the Italian championship, for a sixth time in a row — a national record. Though Juventus is the highest-ranking member from Italy, Deloitte says it may struggle in years to come as broadcast deals in Italy are considerably lower than in England.

So if it’s not TV money.........

Juve have spent 180 million pounds this window. They’ve also increased wages massively.

They’ve got to be selling a couple of big names to make it work
