That was certainly what the victim had alleged but it seems the verdict was actually sexual assault?

He could've got considerably longer than 4.5 years - I think the prosecution were seeking 12.

He was locking up hundreds of kids though then, opening up 24 hour courts to get as many convictions as quickly as possible.  There was overtime for everyone.
