Nah hiking boots would also be appropriate and yes it's a field, now there is a driveway but unfortunately the growth from the field doesn't respect the driveway boundary and I'm not much of a gardener

I have none of these conditions, but I welcome your concern. In any case, I walk through the park that's between my house and the station every day on the way to work. That's more than enough fresh air for any sane human being.

It's a 10 minute walk. Very occasionally, if I'm feeling absolutely knackered and it's lashing down. You're talking about a handful of times a year though.
