Sanders has suspended his campaign.

Hugely disappointing. When you can't even get America to embrace universal healthcare in the middle of a f***ing pandemic you might as well knock it on the head though.

Biden vs Trump. America is so f***ed.

I just felt like it was done the second after Super Tuesday. That and South Carolina were directly after Liverpool losses and his prior rise was matching our invincible run.

If I ever meet that Adrian...

Adrian has got a lot to answer for.

And mignolet. Heard he ate a pangoalie.

if trump wins again it might be the last fair elections for a while

Were the last ones properly fair?

What about the Bush Jr one when good old Jeb helped out in Florida?

I get what you mean tho

There's likely to be some vote interference shenanigans in this election too

4 more years of trump means a republican supreme court for possibly decades

that and rigging the states (for the house), voter suppression (for the white house/senate) and it's going to be a 1 party country for decades

Sanders has endorsed Biden

‘kin ell. He concedes so much over and over again. These people don’t play nice back.

Has Warren even endorsed yet?

Good man. Now he should actively be involved in the agenda. He thinks out of the box really well. And he needs to actively encourage his supporters to get on the train.

Biden needs to get Sanders’ supporters on board. The Democratic establishment have made it clear they don’t care for them so good luck.

they're sitting on a demographic time-bomb though.

Sometime between 2030 & 2040 whites will be the minority, and crucially as soon as 2022 in Texas. When you think older white people (and men at that) are more likely to be R and aren't getting younger it's not all doo & gloom

That’s right. The negative residual effect of another four years of this prick will last for decades and will certainly change history for the worse.

Majority minority which still has implications. The electoral college still sees votes distributed weirdly and it’s not as if white people have not been able to claim and retain power despite being in a minority.

Anyhow the Democratic Party should be able to win white people or at least a significant number. They’re a significant part of the population. Go win them.

When Texas turns Democratic, the Republicans could well be finished. There is no way back for them after that. But we could be stuck with a very right dominated SCOTUS for a while to come.

But when that day comes, I hope the wheels go in motion for doing something about the gerrymandering, electoral college, and the SCOTUS.

Yes he did. His people didn't quite believe him, apparently. Not sure why they'd believe him now.

Bit of a myth this, more Sanders voters (74%) voted for Clinton in '16 than Clinton voters voted for Obama in '08 (70%)
