Muscle/ weight supplement shakes

The day before you got training eat plenty of carbs, they get stored as energy and help you train for longer, as for protein, you don't need much at all. I'd bet you already eat more protein than an Olympic weight lifter needs for his diet to build muscle. All those supplements are a waste of money tbh.

Here comes The Black Horse

There goes The Brown Cow

Full of ringers of course

Thrown up from The Plough

The hoops and the stripes

The halves and the quarters

The Sunday morning rain

The touchline refrain

He’s on the ‘roids

He’s on the ‘roids

He’s on the ‘roids

He’s on the ‘roids

Just walk away John, come on

Just walk away John, come on

Just walk away John, come on

Just walk away John because

He’s on the ‘roids

He’s on the ‘roids

It’s Lee’s twenty-first

But they’re not coming in

Because Bruiser McHuge

Declares them too thin

Annoyed and upset

They head for elsewhere

They normally argue the toss

But besides being boss

He’s on the ‘roids

He’s on the ‘roids

He’s on the ‘roids

He’s on the ‘roids

Just walk away John, come on

Just walk away John, come on

Just walk away John, come on

Just walk away John because

He’s on the ‘roids

He’s on the ‘roids

He used to lark with the dreads

Now he’s a nark on the steds

He used to lark with the dreads

Now he’s a nark on the steds

He used to lark with the dreads

Now he’s a nark on the steds

He used to lark with the dreads

Now he’s a nark on the steds

His paranoia is absurd

Are you thinking about my bird?

He’s on the ‘roids

He’s on the ‘roids

He’s on the ‘roids

He’s on the ‘roids

Just walk away John, come on

Just walk away John, come on

Just walk away John, come on

Just walk away John because

He’s on the ‘roids

(Leave it be, let it go)

He’s on the ‘roids

(Don’t be daft, don’t you know)

He’s on the ‘roids

(Leave it be, let it go)

He’s on the ‘roids

(Don’t be daft, don’t you know)

He’s on the ‘roids

(Leave it be, let it go)

He’s on the ‘roids

(Don’t be daft, don’t you know)

He’s on the ‘roids

He’s on the ‘roids

He’s on the ‘roids

He’s on the ‘roids

He’s on the ‘roids

He’s on the ‘roids

He’s on the ‘roids

He’s on the ‘roids

I have been doing weights for years now and I'm looking into bringing some of these into my daily routine to compliment the exercise and weights I do..

Anyone on here use them and offer advice?

Depends what you're after. A good source of info for this stuff is a fella called Charles Poliquin.

Whey protein straight after a workout is usually a good thing:

Some people use BCAA (branch chain amino acids). See benefits:

Try here before you spend a fortune on crap. If your basic intake isn't right there is nothing a fortune in supps is going to do for you, even if it is a bottle of steroids. You'd be amazed how many people think they are eating right and actually have crap diets. Do you know your base macro needs and what a deficit or a surplus diet would look like?

Gold Standard Whey by Optimum Nutrition is the best Protein supp for your money. Glutamine and Creatine are about the only other things I can recommend with a straight face.

Got to be clear what exactly you want it for.

For repair after workouts I found this the best
