headphones

Hey am looking to get myself a pair of headphones have been looking at the bose oe's with noise cancelling but at £275 are a tad steap. was also looking at the normal old Oe2's can you guys recommend anything?

 

Need to have good isolation as i am using them on a long flight. Also nee to have good crisp sound as I am a bit of a sound snob! Want to spend around £100 if possible!
