Gall Stones

my mum had her gall bladder removed 13 years ago. Gall stones were so big they had to be 'blasted' and broken up before being removed.

13 years on she's back in for an op next month to remove one they appear to have missed that embedded itself in her stomach lining.

She says it hurts like feck. I believe her.

What do you mean re watching what she eats? Can't she have certain foods etc?

anything with caffeine is a big no, you have to watch high fat and fried foods, whole milk and some vegetables. over indulgence leads to regualr bathroom visits and lots of flatulence.

sometimes she says "sod it" but pays for it later.
