Techy help, please!

Had a work laptop over the past year recently replaced as when I got home, as soon as I logged on to my home network it crashed the network and would repeatedly log back in when it reappeared then crash it again. iPhone, personal laptop, Xbox never did this.

 

My new laptop was fine, no problems with the network until a couple of days ago, when the exact same thing happened and continues to happen. It's a b/g network at home, n at work. Tried stopping the laptop turning off the wireless card, switched channels to auto on the router, stopped it roaming so aggressively and it still persists. Can stay connected to the network for a minute at a time before the next crash.

 

Any ideas?
