The names for years in American High Schools and Universities.

  • Freshman
  • Junior
  • Sophomore
  • Valedictorian

I hear/read them all the time, and the only thing I think I know is that freshmen are in the first year of uni.

Think it goes Freshman, sophmore, junior senior but I could be wrong.

No idea about valedictorian.

Always though the Greek think was weird about American Uni's, all the different groups.

I remember an episode of Saved by the Bell where Jessie wanted to win Valedictorian more than anything

But it turned out Screech's marks were a bit higher so he got asked. But he said no, cos it meant more to Jessie. Screech might have been a dork, but he was a good guy

I presume this answers everyone's questions

1st year to last year of a 4 year school - Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior

It's all a bit stupid really.

And Geoffery the Butler, never getting that pay rise.....

I don't remember Valedictorian ever being mentioned in Hangin' with Mr Cooper as Nicole Lee was too young

No-one cares Hassony, No-one cares.
