Don’t think it’s just that.
If I was guessing it would be that there hasn’t been enough visible difference. Ticketing still a mess for example.

He came out with some cringeworthy wool s***e as well a few times.

I hope Hogan is going to move to the city now though. He needs to have the pulse, or he’ll learn the hard way.

He’s been pretty good and we’re better off with him than a random American suit who can’t get it like someone from Liverpool could.

To all intents and purposes he was a random American suit, just one who thought he got it.

A tiger in the boardroom. He'll be missed. Had some really good meetings where he dominated the opposition.

That Times article says he moved to Liverpool in 2012.

He was London based way after that,  up to at least 2016. He may have since moved to Liverpool though.

I want to hear more about this chair-based yoga class.

Is it to find out what she’s doing different to yours, suss out the competition? I could imagine Big Sam doing a chair based yoga class.

I don’t really have an opinion on him, but the fact he was on a three year contract and they’ve not renewed it would suggest they didn’t rate him.

Not entirely sure what he did, tbh.

Hated his hybrid accent

He lost me with that tweet about fan negativity, and then never won me over with any subsequent tweets.

His efforts for Sean Cox and his family were very good. Can't fault him.

Yeah I think his heart was in the right place too. He just used to put his foot in it a bit.

Pretty sure he still works out of the London office, including this season.

Compared to Purslow and Ayre, Moore was brilliant!

20-07-31-Squad-Management.png

After helping Liverpool to a Premiership and Champions League title, the Agents of all (Shaqiri  🙃) these players will see the time as ripe for an extension and pay increase. Liverpool also don't want to be letting them get to 2yrs to go.

Our single biggest source of revenue is broadcasting money and the big contract is up for renewal in 2022. We'll also take a hit on match day revenue.

The player contracts will need to be dealt with before the terms of the TV deal becomes known and there must be huge uncertainty over this one (will much larger unemployment rates from this crisis cause people to cut subscriptions).

Squad management will be on the radar for the new CEO.
