Guests with tickets will be allocated seats on a first come, first served basis.

 

After the lecture has finished at around 1 8:30, there will be 3 pay bars where you are welcome to stay and join John and other the lecture attendees for a networking drink.

Its a fascinating interview for all sorts of reasons

 

Indeed. It's a thinly disguised PR shout-out to Martinez, for one thing. Found talk about the lack of tactics employed during his time especially interesting. Maybe Kenny is more Harry Rednapp than we thought? Tactically speaking of course.

It's well-known that during our most succesful period training was basically loads of games of 5-a-side and even then some players didn't really bother. I'm told that they used to play on adjoining pitches and Hansen and someone else just use to stand on the sidelines having a chat, when they swapped pitches they'd just step over the line and carry on chatting. Was told at the same time that Paisley's teamtalks were almost incomprehensible, he'd point out an opposiition player and say "Watch him, he likes to fling the far-flung one."

 

I think Barnes is spot on about 'tactics'.
