He’s certainly got the ‘I’m blatantly ignoring you’ skills down to a tee!

To be fair to him, it’s like when an old fella from across the street keeps bothering you and you want to be kind but have to get in the house to sit on your a***.

The country’s out of petrol and all I hear is people blaming each other for panic buying. The Tories are geniuses.

If this was happening under Corbyn I genuinely think someone might have shot him such would be the frothing rage at what socialism was doing to this country.

There has been talk of that - but the govt don't want to admit it's a problem really do they?

it’s bad PR skillz

the army could turn it into a kind of road show with bunting and cheering - not seen since the WW2 victory celebrations and it would unite the nation

The Guardian LURVE Sir Starmer, don't they?

Toynbee has a proper hard on now for him.

Centrists rejoicing Mcdonald going with "God, why can't they just realise we can't afford nice things" as Johnson orders another round of royal yachts and his mates "proper good" PPE.

Already starting to get guests cancelling for the next few days 'cos they don't think they'll be able to get enough fuel to come down 🙄

Two of our regulars went home Monday morning and had to limp 200 miles back home driving as efficiently as possible 'cos they couldn't get anything en-route

Labour accusing the Tories of not spending enough money on the police - 'defunding' the police as they are putting it.

"Some call for defunding the police. No Labour home secretary will ever defund the police. That’s not our party, that’s the Tory party and they have spent 10 years defunding our police."

OMG

There is that!

Keir Starmer needs to have a word with Keir Starmer as the latter was out campaigning for a £15 minimum wage last summer for McDonald's workers. Shocking lack of party loyalty.

Paul Mason claiming that the Labour left have met up this evening and think that they have got enough votes to challenge Starmer.

Ok, I think that the best option here is;

a. that they do this now

b. as a 'compromise', they go for somebody like Burnham rather than somebody like Clive Lewis.

c. I like Paul Mason but I've rarely seen him be correct on anything

Makes sense. A couple of years ago, Andy Burnham feeling like a win would have been laughed at.
