The state of that fat bloke throwing the ball at van der Ven then. Screaming at him.

The fact that he didn’t get sent off for not catching it is further proof if proof be need be that the premier league big six started that war in Ukraine in the first place just so that…

What it is is it’s the human rights

The way they’ve appropriated language since their overspending of all that pre-war dirty money is too much tbh.  No it’s not the fans fault but they weren’t boycotting the club cos of all these signings turning up either were they.  It was all Carlo Ancescotty back then.

How exactly was the new stadium project beyond their control?

Like, I get that they didn't invade Ukraine and (probably) didn't create Covid, but they absolutely did decide to build a new ground and anyone could have told you, regardless of anything else, that costs would spiral cos they always, always do. As if it was ever getting built for 500m.

They also started building it without securing financing for it which is completely insane. They only finally convinced someone to give them cash in September and even that was only for £100m. Moshiri has fronted most of the cash himself, if they go down he/Usmanov/Putin is never getting that back. You'd wonder what sort of interest rate they're having to pay as well.

Huge pity Luton couldn't beat Sheffield United at the weekend, it really would have ramped up the pressure on them.

They absolutely didn’t ever have a legitimate way of paying for the new stadium. I think we’d struggle and our turnover is three times theirs.

There’s a reason that hardly anyone has built a new one and those that do struggle like hell financially for years afterwards.

They were convinced the city council would agree to it. With Joe in charge I reckon they would have as well.

They are gonna have more points taken off them, aren't they?

Then every single supporter of other clubs should make a stand in defence of their basic human rights but not them like cos there’s probably a queue in the Hot Wok and Big Tony and their Anthony are on a promise with a salt and pepper bucket after shouting corruption at the lineswoman for the best part of 75 minutes.

"You can't do us twice in one season"

"Well if they'd done it in a timely manner last season you'd have been in the Championship already"

So there’s this…

“ has been told by more than one source close to the process that the league will not allow any takeover of the club which saddles it with even more debt. And we understand there is a rival bidder preparing an offer which would avoid doing this altogether. “

yet, A-Cap/“777’s loans to the club, made to cover working capital and ongoing stadium costs, have since ballooned to almost 200 million pounds, loading more debt onto an already debt-ridden club.”

So the rival bidder, sugar daddy is going to take that on too?
