Burning to CD from iTunes

I've just burnt 3 CDs using a brand new batch of brand new discs and a brand new external CD/DVD burner and they all jump to f***.

 

Have any of you had this problem? Is it likely to be the discs, the burner or the selection I made when burning. Eg. I chose to make an Audio CD, with no gaps between the songs and "sound check" and "CD text" turned on?

 

Any other suggestions?
