Nigella has Tomato Ketchup in her Chilli recipe??

 

I tried it but wasn't so sure.

 

I do put hot smoked paprika in mine though.

An authentic Bolognese is cooked with milk and white wine.

My Mrs made a Bolognese like that once. Cooked the mince in milk first for ages, till it had reduced.
