Chair for office

Anyone recommend a good place to buy decent office chairs?

 

I need a decent, comfy one for my home office with head rest, recliner etc for about £250.

 

I realise that is not going to buy me a flashy designer one but hopefully it will get me something better than my current £40 one from Argos.
