eBay Account Hacked

My wife just checked her email to find that someone had changed her ebay password about 30 minutes earlier, not long after I had changed it again, we received another notification that it had been changed again. Both times it was the same IP address, not a range I recognise either. Contacted ebay via live support thingy and they reset it for us.

 

Has anyone had this done to them before?? I dont know how they did this, inside job?
