Finnan on Sat

He's been playing like a dog for the past couple of months, but I thought he did well - not brilliantly, but well enough - when he came on, on Sat (that late FK aside) especially as he was out of pos'n

he actually looked a little more comfortable playing on the left hand side.

 

maybe it was because he was so far away from Carragher!!

 

could he be the answer at left back? maybe we put Arbeloa at right back when he is fit again.

Wasn't too xabi, in fact i even though he was ok againt Villa as well. Without Alvaro I think he's given on the RB slot even with his bad form. With both Arbeloa and Finnan playing I still feel Arbeloa is more comfortable playing on the left though.
