How long from John Lennon to Liverpool City Center

There is a flight from Dublin at 17.15 that is scheduled in at 18.05. Would have to be able to get to city center to drop bags into accomodation and then get to the ground for 19.45 KO. How long would that take and the cost ?

 

Also, any cheap B&B's you know - have no. of Formula 1.
