PC Games

I'd like to have a few PC games on my Chrirtmas list (I need PC versions cause I can play em on my laptop, I don't carry a Playstation round with me when I'm working awayt from home). What's good at the moment? I'm looking at Witcher, Crysis and Call Of Duty 4 - any others worth getting? Wil my four year old graphics card deal with the demands of the prgramme?
