product design help needed

I want to source/manufacture a product that I need for my new venture

 

it's basically a fancy type of food packaging

 

I can describe what I want it to do and maybe what it looks like but I can't draw it

 

 

 

the venture itself is a restaurant/takeaway but the packaging involved is absolutely crucial, such that if I can't find what I want I won't bother opening the place (although I will open another type of place one of these days)
