The law of the dry cleaners

As was covered in the new season of Curb & happened this week.

 

Upon getting home (hyem Slapnuts) I find a shirt in with my stuff that isn't mine.

 

Do I return it, or does the law of the dry cleaners apply? Where you accept that some of your stuff will from time to time go missing, in exchange for stuff you pick-up
