where did it all go wrong?

currently listening to ub40's 'signing off'. 'kin blinding album. likewise 'present arms' & 'present arms in dub'. 'ub44' wasn't bad either, despite the move away from their political songs. after the live album they just turned commercial and s***.

 

question is, is there another act that has degenerated so suddenly and irredeemably? i can't think of one offhand.
