there I was this morning, walking home, coffee in hand, when I see a very cute dog. Sort of a shaggy dog with a smiley face.

 

So...

 

as it walks towards me, with owner, I lean toward the dog a little and say "well, you're cute". Dog's head tips to one side and tongue lolls out of mouth...aahh

 

So...

 

the owner looks up at me, somewhat taken aback, with, I am told, a very shocked expression on his face

 

So...

 

I carry on walking and my wife bursts out laughing

 

So...

 

I ask, what's up and she says....

 

"That was Graham Norton walking his dog"

 

fortunately, wife alongside and baby in carrier on back means I MAY have gotten away with it.
