The closest and cheapest is the one next to the JMU building just off London road. At least thats where I usually park when I'm going into town and need to leave the car there for a while.

Outside Lime St, pay the fee into the machine, note you cant turn left up lime st anymore, you need to turn left at the adelphi and then left by the post office
