    Red trebles 1999 - Robbie Fowler bagged a treble as we secured our record Premiership win, thrashing Southampton 7-1 at Anfield, with future loanee Paul Jones in the Saints’ goal. Dominic Matteo grabbed his first reds goal while Michael Owen, David Thompson and even Jamie Carragher were also on target.     A treble from Ronnie 1986 - Ronnie Whelan helped keep us on course for our sixteenth League title by netting a hat-trick in our 5-0 mauling of Coventry City at Anfield, with Jan Mølby and Ian Rush also on the scoresheet. 1983 - We played out a goalless draw at Highfield Road. 1963 - We also struck five, coming from two goals down to beat Tottenham Hotspur 5-2 at Anfield in a top-flight match.     A win in the fizzy cup 1995 - Steve McManaman was the star of the show as we won our sixth League Cup, when it was known as the Coca Cola Cup, by defeating First Division Bolton Wanderers 2-1 at Wembley. Macca got both our goals, with Alan Thompson grabbing a late consolation for the Trotters.
