added a new advanced setting ('Enable "Quicktime" kludge?')
This setting will apply a workaround, in an attempt to overcome an issue where Chrome (and likely Edge) may not display a video player for uploaded .mov files. It will result in a player being displayed, however the playing of the video will still be at the mercy of the availability of a codec to play it.
